Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with HariHar Store. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work on our platform.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Shipping

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us through:

If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and process your refund (if applicable).

b. After Shipping

Once the order is shipped:

1. Cancellation is not possible
2. You may allow the delivery attempt to happen and then request a return as per our Return Policy

2. Cancellation Charges

1. Orders cancelled before shipping – No charges
2. Orders cancelled after shipping – Shipping/handling fees may be deducted from your refund (if a return is processed)

3. Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

1. Payment is not received for online-paid orders
2. COD orders fail verification
3. The product becomes out of stock
4. Technical or system errors occur during checkout

If auto-cancelled, any paid amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation by HariHar Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

1. Incorrect pricing or product information
2. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
3. Delivery location not serviceable
4. Unavailability of product

Customers will be informed via email or phone regarding the cancellation.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled and payment was already made:

1. Refund will be processed within 2–4 business days
2. Refund will be issued to:

4. Bank account/UPI (COD orders if prepaid for pickup or return)

Banks/UPI/wallets may take 3–7 working days to reflect the amount.
