  2. Within State: 2–5 business days
  3. Rest of India: 3–7 business days
  4. Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We may offer:

  1. Free Shipping on select products or above a minimum order value (if applicable).
  2. Standard Shipping rates for other orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you:

  2. Courier partner details
  3. Tracking link

You can also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.

5. Delivery Attempt

  1. The courier partner will attempt delivery two times.
  2. If the order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the parcel will be returned to us.
  3. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

HariHar Store is not responsible for:

  1. Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  2. Additional charges for re-shipping due to address mistakes.

Please ensure your contact number and address details are accurate while placing the order.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that looks tampered, opened, or damaged:

  1. Please do not accept the parcel.
  2. Inform us immediately with photos/videos for verification.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, HariHar Store ships only within India.
