1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The product is different from the description shown on our website
- The product is missing accessories or parts
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery
- A valid proof such as order ID, photos, or videos must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Innerwear, socks, or other intimate wear
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
3. Return Process
- Contact us at [your email] or [your WhatsApp/phone] within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your address.
- Once we receive the item and complete inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if:
- The delivered product is defective or damaged
- A wrong item was delivered
- A size or variant issue exists (if applicable)
Replacements depend on product availability.
If the item is out of stock, you will receive a refund.
5. Refund Process
After the returned item passes quality check:
- Refunds will be initiated within 2–4 business days
- Refund method:
- Online payments → Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded to your bank account or via UPI
Please note:
- Banks/UPI/wallets may take 3–7 business days to reflect the refund
6. Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support.
If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may request a return after delivery.
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return pickup is free.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, size issues, etc. – if allowed), return shipping charges may apply.
8. Order Not Received
If your order is not delivered:
- Please report within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution
- A refund or reshipment will be arranged after verification
9. Tampered or Open Package
If the parcel looks tampered or opened at the time of delivery:
- Please do not accept the order
- Take photos/videos and contact us immediately
We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirming with the courier.
